This agreement governs the use of the services provided by CogPen.com (“the Company”) to the client (“the Client”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of the Company, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Services

The Company provides content writing services, including but not limited to article writing, blog post creation, website content development, copywriting, and editing services. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

3. Payment

The Client agrees to the payment terms as outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Fees are refundable within 30 days of payment, subject to the terms outlined in the refund policy.

4. Content Ownership and Copyright

All content produced by the Company for the Client remains the property of the Client upon full payment. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for the use of any provided materials are secured.

5. Revisions

The Company will provide a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing clear instructions, timely feedback, and any necessary materials to facilitate the completion of the project.

7. Confidentiality

The Company and the Client agree to keep all confidential information exchanged during the course of the project confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. The Company retains the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches any terms outlined in this agreement.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes.
